  Â鶹´«Ã½ at East Liverpool announces the Undergraduate Student Government officers for the 2019-20 academic year.  The officers include Andrew Jackson, president; Helenmarie Smith, vice president; Sydney Hill, secretary/treasurer; and Linda Adkins, student senator.   For hundreds of area residents who attended the 2019 Columbiana County Fair, Kent State Columbiana County had its own way of welcoming them to the annual event. A newly landscaped area and signage helped showcase the work of employees from the Kent State Salem Campus who created the space at the Saltwell Road entrance, near by the bridge.
