My name is Tristan Magel. I am an aerospace engineering student with a minor in applied mathematics and I am in the Honors College. I am on track to graduate in 2026. Above all else, one factor drove me to choose Kent State: aerospace engineering. Kent State alumnus Kyle Jackson of the Savannah Bananas

   Kyle Jackson, a member of Kent State's Class of 2024 and former star infielder for the Golden Flashes baseball team, is now entertaining legions of fans as a player for the Savannah Bananas exhibition baseball team. Based in Savannah, Georgia, the team is described as "the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball."
