Kent State Stark will host the 11th annual educational fall celebration for elementary school-aged children from 5 to 7 p.m. at its campus, 6000 Frank Ave. NW.  Boo U is free and open to the public. A two-time champion NASCAR driver, Julia Landauer became the highest finishing female in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series’ 64-year history.
