This form is for the Summer 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. If you have earned a bachelor’s degree and are not in graduate school, you are considered a post undergraduate student. Post undergraduates and graduate non-degree students must complete the FAFSA and submit and complete the Program of Study form (located on our forms page). This form must be completed for each semester and signed electronically by an academic advisor verifying the required coursework and program.
This form is for the Summer 2025, Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. Submit this form if you were cited for Maximum Time Frame. You must also submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeals form to be considered for student aid that requires Satisfactory Academic Progress.
The Student Leadership Advisory Board was established Fall 2024 to bring a diverse group of student leaders together to engage in dialogue focused on enhancing our Kent State community.
Graduate Assistants hired within the Division of Student Life receive a monthly stipend and full tuition scholarship (fee waiver) and gain valuable professional experience in a variety of higher education work environments.
The Student Trustee provides a unique leadership opportunity for direct involvement on Kent State's Board of Trustees. Members are appointed to two-year terms and actively participate in meetings and other board-related events.
