Last week the Division of People, Culture and Belonging launched the 2025 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. As you may recall, Â鶹´«Ã½ switched platforms this past fall from viDesktop to PageUp Performance. Training manuals and video resources are available on the performance evaluation webpage. In-person trainings are also available, and employees may reach out to the Performance Management team at performance@kent.edu with any questions.
